My absorbers are still in good shapes, Mutiara Motors supplied me with a new set during the purchase. My Ipsum is 240i Type S, not the same as your 240s.
The adjustable absorbers, I was told was about RM1.5k per corner not inclusive of labour. Total to change all was about RM7k.
The normal absorbers are cheaper. I think they should be less than RM2k per set.

Guna Liqui Moly full synthetic RM225 per pack. Lain2 guna Liqui Moly or Genuine Toyota. Flushed the engine guna Liqui Moly juga. 2.4 pada saya jimat minyak juga. Beza sikit sangat kalau compare dengan Wish 1.8. Road tax lebih mahal. Baca posting saya pasal fuel consumption.
